While the professional athlete who stopped the alleged Diddy assault remains unnamed, it is currently unclear if the athlete would be called upon if the case results in a civil trial. According to a statement made in the new lawsuit, “Combs is a menace to society, women and children,” referring to Diddy’s upcoming trial in May 2025 for his alleged role in for alleged role sex trafficking, racketeering, and using transportation to engage in prostitution.
